About

This is where I keep my brain from rotting. I write a lot about anxiety/depression, write reviews of things when I think I have something worth adding to the discussion, and document my progress in learning Japanese. While my blog has a lot of different kinds of posts, most of them tie back into the most important thing in my life: my relationship with my husband.

I love dinosaurs, nature, taking pictures (of nature), food, music, books, and video games. These are the things I have fun writing about.

I also tend to get lost in thought and may end up churning out a few more philosophical posts, especially on topics regarding economics, environmentalism, feminism, religion, the role of government in society, prisoner rehabilitation and prison reformation, and other issues that are near and dear to my heart.

Nothing would make me happier than to spend my days living in a log cabin, listening to music while working on my novels and blog posts, and then taking long walks through the woods and around the lake. However, in real life, I don’t do any of that, aside from listening to music and writing.

  1. Thank you for nominating me for the mystery blogger award. I will take the time to respond despite having had absolutely no success with these things in the past later. Currently, I am a bit under the weather and do not have the energy to write a blog post.
Thank you–you can remove this message from this area after you have read it because it doesn’t really belong here.
